## Offer And Price

- European edition: EUR 495 fixed professional fee.
- United States edition: USD 495 fixed professional fee.
- Delivery: PDF by email within seven business days after complete intake,
  approved scope, and a written Work Start Notice. The European edition may be
  delivered in Spanish or English; the United States edition is in English.
- No checkout or payment is active on the website.

## Standard Recording

- Eight locked questions, printed in the delivered file.
- Three official API providers: Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity.
- Twenty-four required API calls: eight questions across all three providers.
- Official APIs are the measurement. ChatGPT.com and other consumer interfaces
  do not replace required API evidence.
- A capped review of up to 25 relevant public pages on the same website.

## Mechanical Flags

  decide which provider is correct.
- Unavailable page: records a failed or non-content response; does not infer why.
- Template or placeholder page: records a locked marker; does not infer readiness.
- Quoted page contradiction: places two attributable public statements side by
  side; does not resolve them.

A flag does not infer intent, truth, severity, legal effect, or business impact.
Provider agreement and majority output do not establish truth.

## Not Included

- Human interpretation, severity, recommendations, or business-impact analysis.
- Implementation, website rewriting, correction, retest, or monitoring.
- Dashboard, subscription, login, or software licence.
- Legal advice, certification, compliance opinion, or security opinion.
- Ranking, reputation, advertising, paid-placement, traffic, citation, lead, or
  future-answer guarantees.

Interpretation and correction work may be requested after delivery under a
separate written scope and fee. No price for that work is stated or implied.

## Evidence Boundary

Every descriptive statement in the delivered file points to an official API
record or captured public page. Provider output, provider sources, and pages
captured independently remain distinct. Missing required evidence is held; it
is not silently replaced by another provider, model, consumer interface, or
unrelated page.
