What this is not

Not a screener. A hit arrives from the client’s screening provider; we do not replace it, re-screen the customer base, or sell list coverage.

Not a determination. Nothing here certifies that any person or entity is or is not sanctioned. The result records what was checked; the client’s procedure decides.

Not transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, risk scoring or SAR filing.

Not a system that clears the alert. The rules are fixed and the same every time. A model never signs a result. The client’s people record the decision.

Not PEP, adverse media or ownership screening. PEP and adverse media were not in scope. The record shows the reason. Ownership did not run.

Not a finished product for every procedure. Today a case can record a proposal and a different person’s approval; automatic closure is refused; we are in validation with one design partner and not taking new clients.
